There's a village called Hawai in Lohit district of E. Arunachal. Its above the seething Lohit river that comes in about 100 kms beyond from Tibet, China. Here opium is grown illicitly. One of the reasons is that it is a good substitute for pain and fever medicines that are not available easily.
